How do we set mixer settings at 3 stages of flocculation? Is it fixed or it varies at different raw water turbidities? Thank you.

While watching another one of your videos on coagulation, you state the ratio of aluminum to polymer is 3:1 (Aluminum sulfate + caustic soda). In this video, at the 7:20 mark, you mentioned the ratio is much lower. Did I miss something?
