I was watching this video in my car before going into a restaurant. The video came unpaused in my pocket as they were reading off dead baby jokes and I tried awkwardly to explain to the people around me that I was not laughing at dead baby jokes, but in fact watching a video about how unfunny and awkward it is when someone thinks dead baby jokes are funny. The fact that Dax still finds his way onto my screen is incredible. So many layers of satire and irony and deadpan entertainment that it doesn't even matter whether or not he's a character. Can't say that about any other content creator out there
