You should collect the moster drop from monster which is attacking that guy
After death it forms an immovable object hence getting the drop on it will be tiresome
Just move around the body of monster till you pick it up! Then the secret will be completed!!😎

You'll get a "Superior QUANTIS model-2" from one of the levels. Equip it with one of those 50% chance of instant energy weapon reload implants, and there you go. You got yourself an automatic energy weapon. Although its efficiency is around 3K, it is way better than all 5K weapons.
