Hello, Interesting video. I was a little surprised that RNA-based drugs were not mentioned in your video. While the SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine you attached DOES mention PEGylation, it only is on the lipid nanoparticle (LNP) portion of the vaccine, not directly conjugated to the mRNA strand. I'm aware that PEGylation of RNA is still mentioned as a modification method, but yes, its potential to cause allergic reactions have been noted.
