But as someone who has learnt a bit about chocolate, just a correction, compound dark chocolate actually has no cocoa solids, it actually is not even chocolate it's cocoa powder with hydrogenated vegetable fat, we need to buy couveture chocolate with at least 50% to call it dark chocolate.
