When you war against allies and soviet, dont make peace treaty until u annihelated them all. 4. You can only declare war, improve rel, and insult 5. No ultimatum 6. Objective : form GGR and beat ussr + allies It took me 2000 turn as japan to win against them, my highest unit in that time already 600k
