I maintain - F2P characters should be EXs, all EX characters before 2023 should be made HE… 2023 and beyond EX should get a zenkai every other week in between sparking zenkais. F2P characters already have shitty stats, so have a little more fun with the kit as an EX, and zenkai them like EX evil buu or 2nd form cell. Make them usable niche options and solid benches. One Brolys banner Gohan has a .241% Chance of being pulled and on the other hand any ultra has a .350% Chance of being pulled. Now that that's out of the way you also have to remember on Step-up banners your only drawing 10 50% of the time (at least on this banner 6 total draws 3 are ten) so the chances of you getting gohan on the first three is lowerd by a VERY significant amount and at best it's basically cut by 50%. HOWEVER with ULTRAS not only is every draw a 10 draw and add in that every 2nd summon in a rotation you BASE chances increases by 2 ( .350 x 2 = .70) so in all at worst you still no matter what have a better chance of pulling an ultra than a baner EX unit.

Im so frustrated i even got the gohan and i did get him on the 300 cc step and i didn't even get videl or broly and no recent ultra and i have only yellow sv as my only ultra and i have been summoning on ultras regularly whenever someone i wanted came back and got shafted on all of them😢
