Man I wish they’d update this and the nameless to include a reverb and delay pedal. I get they’re niche amps but the lead tones with some delay would be amazing
Holy hell, Iv'e been waiting for the 'Fire by the silos' vinyl to arrive before I listened to it anywhere else. It arrived the day before christmas so I had to wait an extra day just to make it even more special. When opening it, I just kept an hour or so to myself to enjoy it. You guys absolutley rocked it! Merry Christmas to everyone who participated in the making of it, Such a great album!
You guys should check out the designer of Fortin amps album from the early 2000's Named Static-Patterns. Mike Fortin was a phenomenal guitarist and this was one of my favorite albums of all time. Shame he didn't continue on that path.
Few things make me smile like seeing guitar heroes like Rabea just fall into that trance with a good tone and go crazy. Only stopping long enough to give the camera that smile / snarl and say "ooohhhhhhhhhhhh! It sounds SO GOOD!!" Lol!

I still prefer my actual amp, but they are getting closer. But I do have a blast playing it and it sounds monstrous \m/
Excellent playing mate. I really love how you can play heavy but also blues and rock with a funky twist...
Damn some plugins are so good that they make it worth the price and would make for a less expensive setup than getting an actual amp. This and that Plini plugin are my next plugin buys probably. I also really like Bias fx compared to many others I have heard.
rabea the only one who would use a strat to demo an amp model aimed at metal fans. i like it

the insane satan is by far the best high gain amp on Bias Fx, I expect nothing less from this one. the biggest difference is 6irth and 6rind which you can get on bias by just boosting your bass and trebel in the pre-amp section bellow

Sounds Solid for a plugin..Great Strat tone, Beefier on the second tone..Moving to the beef..Humbuckers thick as greased iron!! NICE sustain! I like That,Reverb low rumble on the bottom with the echo..Almost like a high plate but low frequency!! YEAH Satan comes with the stick! Lol

The clean channel is arguably easier to dial in because the DI signal is already as clean as it gets, so just needs a bit of coloration and delays etc. The dirty channel is 100x harder to achieve.

it's awesome you did some standard tunings! I don't play any lower than D standard or drop C so it's really useful! I've checked many videos and everyone played 7 string or drop A etc. Also I play ibanez RGD loaded with SD Black Winter and what I noticed It has too much of a low end. Thanks to grind and girth controls I may be able to finaly adjust it properly :) Thanks a lot mate! cheers

Hey Rabea, I know it sounds crazy or that wouldn’t make much of a difference but....use an LPB-1 by EHX in front of the interface instead of the interface’s gain or a software gain adjustment. It beefs up the sound in its own way. Maybe it is just me but give it go.

I really don't understand why they don't put a Reverb and a Delay on Fortin. We like to practice in the standalone version. I'm not even going to talk about the absence of a tuner

didn't like the nameless at all, but the NTS is sick. did a shoot out of it against the PRS Archon and it wasn't really very clear who's the winner... @

nah the grind is a boost, the grind on the amp is a different flavour of gain you can mix in, two different products

You could plug into a broken washing machine and it would sound good Bea...people would start buying broken washing machines and prices would sky rocket ; )
Guys let me be real. If you don't have a boost or overdrive pedal then yes amp sims are great, BUT. If you throw your favorite boost in front of your AUDIO INTERFACE loaded up with your favorite IR's you will find THIS method sounds better than any amp sim, you're welcome :)

@@andersw2274 Correct. I've gotten some great tones with just a boost, celestion IRs and with an EQ plugin. Make sure your audio interface is at least up to a gen 1 Scarlett and those preamps/converters should be stellar for you!

Imre I just got the JST MM plugin. It is a special kind of tone, could be your fav thing, could gather dust in your plugin folder. I personally love it. It’s the fullest and chunkiest amp in my collection, like a gallon of syrup. I use it with a clearer tone in parallel. Most like the tone at 15:50 in this video. Hope that helps!

I'm an absolute noob at those plugins, used to amps. How does it work ? do i have to buy an audio card to plug it in before the pc ? Im lost
You will need a guitar interface that will allow u to connect your guitar to your pc and probably a DAW software that allows plugins like these to run in them. Some plugins you can run without the DAW too.

it's probably because you have dirty power at home, get a conditioner to plug your audio gear into
half the knobs are gain. this is the ultimate gain amp plugin lol
