Mam projects you are covered are great, however 1 thing I have noticed, nowadays people have huge TVs, in the leaving room distance from sofa to TV would be very less, would you mind to cover sofa distance to TV unit? Coz all that I have seen your flats are butterfly design and don't have much space in the leaving room
