In this video, Jacob Daniels goes into detail about delivery orders, WOWGRs and customer protection. Among the insights he provides is the complexity of the current system for private individuals who wish to hold a limited number of casks in a government bonded warehouse. To help investors who are unable to obtain their own WOWGR (Warehousekeepers and Owners of Warehoused Goods Regulations) registration, Braeburn Whisky set up Braeburn Portfolio Management, which allows them to invest in a number of casks securely held in a third-party WOWGR registered account. He goes on to explain the documentation that Braeburn Whisky provides to protect cask investors and ensure complete control of their own cask.
