Always wanted a Jimny when I was living in the USA, unfortunately could not get one due to the US auto market not selling this vehicle. Moved permanently to the Phils 5 yrs ago and was on the fence of buying a 3 door Gen 4, but it was not practical for me at that time. I’m glad I waited. I absolutely love my 5 door Jimny A/T variant. I love it even more with all the after market mods already installed on it.

The vehicle is purpose built by the Japanese and is made for mild off road use . Suzuki has years of farm and rural areas experience and has designed this vehicle around the demands of those clients. It's difficult to find a vehicle with a solid axle suspension design that is affordable as the only one is the jeep wrangler . The benefits of the Jiminy is its size and ability to go places that many larger utes can't go. If you put a good set of mud grips on it then you basically have a little tractor that can take you almost anywhere you need to go . A little bit of a suspension lift will help but not much is needed.

Suzuki seems cannot grasp the pricing of 4x4 competitors in the market for example at this price point you can get a FORD RANGER SPORTS 4x4 at 1.6 million with more features such as bigger space, leather and differential lock

Agree, mahal talaga. & mas praktikal or value for money ang ford ranger. Pero sobrang laki lang naman kasi ng ranger pikup. Sino bang pinoy magpapagawa ng 7meter na parking??? Kaya tuloy halos lahat ng may pikup pikit mata nalang pinapark sa labas ng bahay or along da street ang pikup nila sa magdamag & maghapon.

@@cholo1598 first you're saying it could hardly make 100kph, now you're saying it can. ano ba talaga? hahaha. btw it's an offroad car just drive on expressway at 80kph and you'll be fine. i have this car it's not aero so i don't drive it above 80kph. can't have your cake and eat it too, if you want a highway cruiser then get an aerodynamic car with CVT
