Everything is perfect & speacial about this property except for one huge thing too electric transmission towers right beside the house, and one on the other side of the road, which would be a serious health issue.

@shellrock5294 I know they say no such evidence, ect, but I don't want to take that risk living that close to one. What a steal, though, for the price and approved project, gutted!

@@wjr.5057 I know what you mean. However, I played it back in slow motion and at the end when they do a sweep and show the property boundary, the tower looks much further away if that makes it any better. I think its a lovely property but not sure I am up for the renovations.

You see at 13/14 sec you can see it on the left hand side of the house its only for a split sec. The project is included in the price!​@shellrock5294
