My dad had a 2018 Tahoe RST with a 6.2L L86 With a 10 speed auto, it rode so smooth, some of the best features were the 10 speed, the 6.2, and the magnetic ride, so hyped for this build dude!!!
Sold my '11 Z-71 LTZ lifted 9.5" in 2017 for a Ram 2500 Cummins. Be aware of the cracking dash symptom of the 07.5' - 13' Tahoes and Silverados. Also the spacers will need to be larger than 1.75" to keep from having to cut studs when mounting the wheels. CTS or McGaughys is the way to go for lifts for sure. The 5.3L can be turned into a beast.
If that’s the 5.3l make sure to change that oil pressure switch and get a bigger oil filter so you don’t have to worry about those problems later on good luck on the build
SUV's are a unique platform to work with. I had an Expedition at one time that I thought about doing a build on because I saw very, very few like what I had in mind. Interested to see what you end up doing with this.

Get in touch with texas speed for a cam and supercharger. They make like a black and grey marble look instead of wood. You should do a full basket on the roof with like a plate on the front to mount the offroad lights. You can take the headlights apart and color match the inside and delete the amber to clear
I seriously thought it was going to be a Durango SRT... would still like to see one of those built down the road! But Tahoe’s are awesome too! Going to be fun watching Ryan build this one!

Wasn’t aware lifted Tahoe’s were uncommon.. Texas has a lot of em lifted on American forces 26x14s and 37-40 tires. Escalades too. And also dropped on 26-30s tucking.
Can’t wait to see this built, I see way to many Lowered Tahoe’s on 20s/22s Ect personally I don’t like lowered suvs but if it’s done right and doesn’t look cheesy it’s nice but in my town they’re so half assed can’t wait to see your build come to flourishon

in nc you always see a squatted tahoe. i seen one squatted with 22 inch rims with leds under the car and under the finders. it was cool. oh and my brother just put dual pipes on his truck and it’s so loud he said he’s gonna put glass packs on them and he squatted it and his truck looks SICK!!! it’s a 1999 chevy silverado.
I've built/moded a couple suburbans before and u can definitely make them look absolutely killer. So Iam definitely interested in seeing what u do with this Tahoe.
For tail lights put old school Cadillac tail lights that would be bad ass I did my s10 like that look it up man what handle an wash mitt do you use on the green monster

I see them lifted all the time but usually only 1 or 2 inches with off-road tires smoked taillights and aftermarket headlights with tinted windows and running boards basically soccer mom SUV lol in the country. I live in “farm town” Mississippi I’m building an 04 explorer in that shade of red but metallic flake. I’m building the nicest shitbox at the 1 stoplight in town; yessssiiirrrr
10" wide wheels with a leveling kit, with trimming. 12" wide wheels need a minimum of 6" lift and still requires the norcal mod and trimming. 5% tint or darker gets DARK at night. Keep it in 2hi. Pretty notorious for damage if kept in auto.
I will be so sick to see it when your done! Love the color! I had a 2010 birch metallic with 20x10’s & 305/50’s. A leveling kit & some trimming & it was perfect for every day of the week! Keep up the great content!

Hey Ryan you should build a old square body chevy 8 lug and put a 6.6 in it or a old dodge like 80’s model with a 12 valve.
