Sir I have a question.... If all the air has been removed through Air vent... Can ce close the Air vent...because if it is open then how the presure will built in the equipment which is to be tested
my road tanker of stainless steel has leakage problem i filled with water i notice few leakage i fix it with welding now after i load a chemical it has leakage from other side some one told me to have hydrotest can you please help.
