सर, एल्बो सर्जरी आपके क्लिनिक मे06 सितम्बर 2022 को मैंने कराया। अभी दिसंबर का अंतिम सप्ताह चल रहा हैं।24 घंटा एल्बो मे दर्द बना रहता हैं आखिर दर्द की दवाई indocap कब तक खाये।

Is it compulsory the vitamin D be present in the diet for calcium absorption? or is it enough to expose the body to the sun every day
I ask this for those who get their vitamin D from sunlight rather than food
because some people cannot get enough vitamin D from food for example vegans and sun is the only best source to get vitamin D to them
