Im in the process of getting my insurance license to work with SYMMETRY.. but from what i hear, once you're onboarded and sign the contract. Symmetry owns you. You can't work for any other IMO that's better then them.
BIG RED FLAG SYMMETRY DOES NOT RELEASE YOU FROM THE COMPANY. ONCE YOU SIGN UP WITH SYMMETRY YOU BELONG TO THEM AND THEY IS NO RELEASE TO TRY TO GET OUT OF IT
I was previously with Equis Financial. Things that I didnt like was being harassed to buy leads internally (that's always a huge red flag for me), being told that you had no business working with Equis if you didnt go to conventions, comp wasnt the best, the MLM push to recruit (which wasnt as bad as other places like FFL), and the fact that MP is heavily effected by outside economic influences (it's one of the first things people dump when $$$ gets tight).
