I love all the papers you made so beautiful. I was just in my garage today working on a project and I looked over at my husband stuff that he has in there and said to myself what can I steal and use and clean it up and put it back, lol I’m always trying to find objects to use. Thank you for another wonderful video.
Love all the technics you show to us. Drying between two handlings I do this with my fooddehydrator on the lowest tempature, 35 grade celsius and it works fantastic. No damage on my plates and it works faster than waiting till it dries on the air. Bye bye
Thank you for listing the paint colors you used. It’s extremely helpful when I adore a color combo you’ve chosen and I can’t come up with the right colors. This was a fun, informative video. TFS👏🏽
You have give me enough inspiration. I’m thinking about printing on a vellum(?) or something I can on boring windows. Almost like sun catchers or something like that. The sun can be so strong but it needs something to make the windows pretty and reduces the glare.
Hello lovely… I’m a newbie to gel printing and just love it. May I ask if you have a video on the types of paper you use? Thank you and enjoy your videos.
I put down kitchen garbage bags which have a kind of waffle pattern. Laid wet strength tissue on top and wet the paper down, then added ink, water color etc sprayed and brushed it around. The pattern of the garbage bag was picked up by the paper and the pigment flowed into the pattern. Really fun stuff when it dried.
Aluminum foil will eventually cause yellowing of the substrate it’s adhered to - it’s not used in scrapbooking because of this feature. Really enjoy your videos. ❤
@@FroyleArt I wonder if you put a layer of mod podge or gel medium on the side that attaches to the substrate? Would that prevent the aluminum foil from yellowing, since there is a barrier between?
Perhaps, but for me, that's no issue, it's all part of the joy in creating collage paper for my art journal. In fact, I quite like the idea of the colours and paper changing 🤷♀️
When you have a great print on regulair printpaper, 'paint' some babyoil over it. The structure of the paper got changing; colors become more clear. Making a sun catcher: go for a colorfull layer of paint, let it dry and then you pick it up with plastic 'gluefoil'. Than put in laminatorfoil and let it go through the laminator. At the end you can make figugers with a siccor or knife. Put a rope on it and hang it on a bright place. I spray my prints with a strong kind of hairspray. The colours become clearer and it protect the print. Works great! Byebye

Wow this is great! You are right, the one with the peg basket marks is the best one. The one with the paper towel, the paint was red violet. Was it opaque liquitex basics? Otherwise, what brand was it please? I have tried it with previous paper towels I had with more pronounced patterns on it and don't remember what paint I used but it turned out really good. The current paper towel has the same pattern as yours but nowhere near as pronounced, but I would like to try it anyway.
I Enjoyed This💛Thank You! Maybe I missed it, but what is the layer of paint/gel/transfer medium that you rolled on just before you transferred the print onto the paper?
