Great video! And I’m on Toni side - she was giving tips, not being negative! Love the winery and the brewery but I’m not gonna lie, my favorite part was Gracie giving high five! Safe travels guys! - Mike and Shelley
Hey guys yep being flexible is a must! Loved that first winery Eliston the ostrich would have been neat to see. The place was beautiful I will have to remember that. Absolutely a sweet little dog to a middle aged couple would be perfect! As usual those beers looked fantastic! See you soon !
Yep, and that is the positive side of full-time RV’ing. We had to be flexible, but we wound up in a really cool place. Does that happen all the time? No! But when it does, well excuse my southern Californian vernacular, but it f$&king bitchen!!!!
Another great video. Love Harvest Hosts! You guys do seem to be the embodiment of “flexible!” Good for you! :-). In this video, the beer tasting went on a little long, and your doggo content not long enough, IMO. Then again, I hate beer and love chihuahuas and pugs, so…. :-p 😂
I think the key to reliable is to just look at it as an adventure. Sometimes they work out great, sometimes not so much, but it's still an adventure. As for beer, you just haven't had the right beer. Ask Toni how much she used to NOT like beer 😉
Enjoying another episode. A couple more hundred AH batteries would be good. Yes, an inverter (Power Max 3000 with built in transfer switch) would also be great. You will find that you rarely use your generator except maybe for air con. It's amazing how far they have come with generators. Our Max Pead is 3500 watts and weighs less than 50 Lb's. I put a soft start on the main air, and it runs it great. Burlington Bill busking on the road and here on You-Tube.
Honestly I think it would be pretty easy. We already have the hose for our Blackstone, I would just need to put the quick connect female end onto the generator. You wouldn't need the regulator as that's already a part of the RV propane system. However, I'll also add that the provided hose with regulator is long enough to reach the propane bottles on our Brinkley 5th wheel. When we were in Olympic a couple weeks ago we were off grid for a week and had to use the generator quite a bit. When the small bottle ran out we just hooked to one of the 30 pounders on our rig.
Harvest Host to the rescue!! 🙌 and an amazing one!! Being flexible 💪 in RV Life is so important! Safe travels
There's no way we would do this lifestyle without Harvest Host. We've seen so many cool places, had some great beers and met some amazing people.

Gracies high fives are just one of the tricks she knows to gather her snacks!

Eliston really was a great place. And the fact that we just stumbled into it made it even more amazing!!
RV life definitely equals having to be flexible. At least you found a great winery and brewery!

Two things - if you’re going to mention a dog park, I NEED TO SEE A DOG PARK! And I like how your flexibility is basically wine vs. beer!
So there are dog parks coming, so stay tuned! As for wine vs. beer… I can bend either way!!! Get it… bend…. Flexible???

I was amazed to find our genny that only weighs 47lbs. We don't even have a soft start and it runs our AC. Crazy I tell ya!!!

Thanks for the sub!
Might have to look into that generator once my harbor freight one bites the dust.
So far it's been working great for us!
how hard would it be to get a quick connect set up for your RV attachment
