That depends on how many people are staking , they all share rewards based on lockup size , 6% of emissions are assigned to staking and then shared out

You get your stake back after the cooldown period (decay) or after you start the cooldown and wait the time selected (constant), you don't earn hnt, you earn the subdao token iot or mobile depending on what subdao you delegate to,

On constant the cooldown starts when you click it, so 4 years , if that was in 4 years time that's 8 years total., decay it unlocks after 4 years

Copy the solana address from the wallet, hit the cog icon, copy address , select solana and send to that from the exchange

undelegating won't effect your position, but if you split it now it'll loose the land rush bonus

Delegating mobile is only for voting, you can stake hnt and delegate to mobile , that earns but there's no earnings on staking mobile directly

Also if you lock up to 4 years on constant, another 4 years will have to pass to unstake and get uour hnt back...so you have to wait 8 years!!!
You can start the cooldown whenever , but yeah from the point you start the cooldown youll wait 4 years if you picked constant
Staking also earns hnt reward or only voting tokens
You can delegate against a subdao and earn a share of 6% of rewards
