I am 86 now. Still very alert mentally although I have a quite normal, I am told, trouble with instant recall of names. I made some strong resolutions 2 years ago to change my attitude and become more aware of my thoughts, particularly the critical ones. How refreshing to hear Sadhguru's words of wisdom even tho I have studied mysticism for most of my life. Thank you esteemed one for this important information.

I am 85 going to be 86. I feel the thinking is based on many aspects. The first is physical. The second is if your companion is with you. The third is financial. My thoughts go back to tracing my life from incidents right from the time one can experience and remembers it. One should live in present but it is easy to say but very difficult to follow. I only pray for my financial problems to be solved well before I leave this world. The second thing I desire is to have a peaceful end. Pranam Sadhguru. It is so nice to hear you speak or recite "Yog yog bhuteshwar and so on up to Shiv Shiv Mahadev!

Was blessed to have a Mother that lived to 99 1/2 & Father to 92, they had 10 children ..9 of us still alive, some are fully alive! & All are seniors! I Love life - living with a free maverick spirit..like you, I've recently traveled across our beautiful country, took 4 weeks...enjoying the free feeling of the open road, not on a motorcycle but in my PT cruiser.

My mom was 92 When she passed but had debilitating Dementia that she got at 87.I always said she lived past her time. And would never want to live that way....then I realized she was such a great example of dignity and humbleness. She could still find Joy and made us laugh and she could still laugh.I miss her, but I feel her presence and everytime I see a Butterfly I know its my Mom showing that she soars!
After seeing this video I am realised that why I can't feel my father existence, he left his body after his 84 years n he might be gone to super energy and be happy over there. But i am sure that my mother reborn somewhere and I will meet her some where some time in my rest of life. Miss them a lot.

Every Morning I first watch one video of Sadhguru and then start my day. Atleast I don't get bothered by my surroundings. I just do my work and live my life. Life is really good. "Our Happiness is within us " This quote of Sadhguru has an impact on me.
I lost my dad a few days ago...I'm seeking solace abd understanding of death by watching Sadhguru. It has become my guide too. This is new info to me.
Everything is over, but very few old people can even smile, unfortunately. This is because the only thing that they knew in their life was the physical body. Once the body begins to recede, they become despondent. It might not have become diseased, no big cancer need to have come, but in every step that you take, age is telling you this is not forever. If you establish yourself in other dimensions of experience, the body becomes an easy thing to handle. Old age and even death can be a joyful experience.

In another video he said otherwise. He said that whoever dies young will not enter another body because his karma is still too intense. Sadhguru is never consistent, I don't trust him

Thank you very much, dear Sadhguru. My experience is, I`m connected for about 15 years with the intelligences of cosmos, sun, moon, earth, nature, life and more - mentally and physically. My life is wonderful, I`m happy and live in a manner of inner peace. These intelligences may decide the point of time to leave our together body. It's called "Sahastra chandra darshan" in Maharashtra. It's an occasion where we celebrate the life of the person who is 84years old. Various rituals remind the person that the time to give up the body is near and spiritual practice (sadhana) must be increased to achieve mukti and moksha.

What sadhguru talking about assistance is lord shiva. After you complete 84 year your karmic bubble will be loose and because of not getting any womb lord shiva will make you apart from life and death cycle. And if you watch the meaning of mahamritujaya mantra
"We worship the three-eyed One, who is fragrant and who nourishes all. Like the fruit falls off from the bondage of the stem, may we be liberated from death, from mortality"
You can see that shiva is being prayed for making us apart from the life and death cycle and also this mantra is said to give you long life to complete that 84th year . May be i am not able to explain it properly but you understand right?

Wow this is amazing. My mum turned 84 in January 2020 and I've said so many times this year how much easier she has become to look after. I look after her full time. She has dementia. Her character is much softer, gentler and less demanding that it has been all her life. Where will her spirit go I wonder? I found this video so enlightening but quite poignant.
I'll be so passionate and obsessed with my work that I even forget my own living schedule but then everytime I came across to gurujis video I always humble myself knowing that many things doesn't matter in life at all 😊it's the little things that matters the most and I always smile that I'm alive and get to experience this life ,what a beautiful life is 😊

Yes their are other realms ...but you missed the important point sadhguru mentioned..some one some where is there who can blast you to get liberated...who do you think that someone?? 😊 One who is interested in sadhna will undergo sadhna and spritual process and can liberate himself by Mahasamadhi..one who doesnt have interest in sprituality,like household people will get liberated too by that some one 😊... comment me who that someone do you think is? 😊
My mom used to be a drama queen by being so reactionary, now that she's in her late 90s, noticed she is more go with the flow and more live and let live. No more " what will the neighbors say" attitude...so we are also liberated!! 😂
I think it is a part of our indian culture to be drama queen haha
