    👍well done liking your idea of the large catchment area on the end. I made one that went straight to a bucket or sluice using the same one way thingy macbob as you, tried one way valves with continuous troubles.
    You gotta love Mo, you never know what his going to say next and with no filters either, half the time he's contradicting himself or making it up as he goes, if I see his put up a tape I have to watch it before any others.
    Cheers Craig ⛏️

      Hi Craig yeah had tried to same thing running it into a bucket and had more problems so I tried to keep it as simple as possible. Lol yeah I get a good laugh watching Moes vids, he's certainly a unique character.

    A dual action dredge would be pretty cool. Might not be worth the extra parts but it is something different 👍
    Pumping on the up and down might be fairly hard though. It might evolve to a foot pump

    • @onthegoldagain1246
      @onthegoldagain1246  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Side85Winder Yer the check valves inside are a bit pricey. I actually found it easier work than the standard hand dredge because the down stoke needs to be slower or you'd blow too much out the back.

    Get a yabbee pump, put a PVC half cap on it with a nozzle, problem solved. That's what I've been doing, I rotate it 180 degrees and it'll pour out, rotate it back 180 degrees and I can suck and let gravity do it's job.

      It’s not about who owns the creek because nobody does, people work hard and do the research to find these areas, they have every right not to disclose locations to have people come and take everything, find your own areas by researching and stop sooking because you don’t want to put the ground work in to find somewhere ya flog

    • @onthegoldagain1246
      @onthegoldagain1246  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi David I've seen other youtube channels give out locations only to come back and find the place trashed with rubbish and no effort put it to tidy the site up. It's not that we think we own the creek, its just if someone gives out a location they feel somewhat responsible for the area.
