Just ordered my projector.... 🤞🏾hope I dont get hit with a huge customs charge when it comes. I've tried a few different ones that are available in the UK but they are out of focus when projecting onto the cookie, so thought I'd just order the same one you use now!

@@my.two.cookies the have a focus button but it is still blurry, think they are projectors more for protecting big images or videos on walls or screens. Aww well it's not often I splurge so I'm looking forward to it arriving!😁

Hello, I just watched your videos and it is time I bought a projector. I am part time baker so I do not need the top of the line but rather an easy one to use.
I have 5 projectors 3 brands) on my amazon page that are good. Different price points. I will be reviewing a brand new one soon too!
I been wanting to use it for my cupcake fondant pieces and for some reason my akaso has only worked 3 times it never connects when I want to even tho I press trust any tips what I can do

@@my.two.cookies its just not connecting at all it’s so bizarre I finally was able to do it but it took probably a total of 1.5hr connecting unconecting and its a total loss of time that I could really use. Im doing it connecting my usb charger with it as for some reason whenever I try connecting to my wifi network after I press ok it logs of I have the akaso which for the price I’d expect these little things to not be a issue at all.

Hi there! I just bought the AKASO. What should the distance be from the projector to the work surface? My images don’t seem to be super clear and crisp, especially tiny fine lines and lettering. Some almost disappear. Can you help?!? You’re the BEST! Thank you!
Hi! Excited for you! There is no set distance - you just have to play with it to help with adjusting image size and focus. But…It might just be the focus dial? There’s a little wheel on the side of the projector for adjusting focus.
Hi thank you for the informative video. i have a similar projector (wireless) but i use my iphone charger cable to connect from the projector to my phone. Is it the same one youre using?
I use an adapter (lightning to hdmi) and then an hdmi cable to connect my iPhone to the projector.

Question - my Akaso images that I project are distorted a little - the top of the image is longer than the bottom of the image. Is there a way to fix this is the settings?
Yes! I think it’s “keystone?” I can look again. Or change the angle of the projector.

I found your video very helpful! One challenge I’m having though is the image on my cookie changes shape once projected. I resize it on my phone but no matter what it never fits properly. I have adjusted the keystone setting and other settings. Nothing is working. Any help you can give would be fantastic! Desperate!
You may have turned it on when it was facing a different direction? Gravity plays a part in the shape for projecting on a wall etc. Get the projector where you want before turning on. My image settings are “front,” “ceiling,” auto keystone “off,” aspect ratio “auto,” and vertical and horizontal keystones are set to 0 usually and I adjust the angle of the physical projector.
For the smaller stand, is there a difference in the working area? Does it skew the image as it is oprojecting in an angle? (I'm thinking if using it for larger cakes)
You can get any physical angle you need, and adjust “keystone” in the settings if needed too. My only thought is maybe it doesn’t go high enough for you? The description probably has those specifics.
Nope, when you put the switch on the icon with a battery you can use it as a power bank. You can charge it even when you are using it.

I have a picture in my Instagram highlight I think. It’s just a gooseneck phone stand that clamp on to the side of table and angle sort of over my shoulder. 👍

Good to hear! Yes, many people have had trouble with the cheaper version (can’t remember what they said the problems were) and they still ended up getting the Apple brand. I actually took the cheaper one off my Amazon page because people had trouble with it.

How do you find images for your cookies? Which series of projector you have bc I notice there's two different kind from the same company.

The Akaso projector? You are trying to connect wirelessly? You might have missed a few steps the first time? Select “EZ Cast” in the menu and follow those directions.

I just purchased the akAso projector and while I loved your video I cannot get my image to turn around. When I go to projection mode I only get two options "front"and Reg1and when I click ok on either of these nothing happens. I don't get any more prompts. The Projection location will not even light up. Can you help with this?

What kind of adapter I need for my apple phone which I will be using ?
For the Akaso? HDMI on one end and whatever end goes into your phone on the other side. Hi! Have you ever had any issues with the Pico showing no signal? Mine is brand new and I am set up with the hdmi to adapter to my phone.
Mine is the same.got all the proper (good)cables and i cannot get a signal either
I can’t remember ever having that issue. I’d maybe restart both devices, and THEN connect the cord. I’ve heard people say that the off brand, cheaper adapters don’t work. If it’s still not working, I’d contact AAXA to troubleshoot. Customer service: +1 (714) 957-1999 info@aaxatech.com

Hi! I know this post of from awhile ago, however I’m hoping you see this! I just got a projector and when I turned it on it is in a terrible keystone shape when it’s projected. I have tried using the keystone settings but unless I make my projector go at the weirdest angle I can’t get it to be square! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi! Usually they auto adjust to the angle for example, if you turn it on while it’s on the table it will look different then when you put it on the mount. Put it in the position you want first and then turn it on. Also, you need to turn the auto keystone off. Let me know if it still doesn’t work.
How do you factory reset the pico projector?! I've been looking at tons of videos and cannot find one that shows how to factory reset😭. My pico seems to be frozen and won't cast screen. Everything is connected how it should be and have been using it with no issues. Now it won't cast my screen so I need to factory reset. There's a tiny little hole on the side of device, is that where I'm supposed to push in with a paper clip and hold for a few seconds?
Hmm. I’ve never had to do that. When mine stopped projecting, I contacted support and found out I have to use the charging cord that came with it. It works now. You could try contacting them, or here’s the manual that could help you troubleshoot: www.aaxatech.com/pdf/LEDPicoManual.pdf

My projector flips upside down randomly, like if I slightly bump the stand, how do I stop that? I wasn't sure what settings you said to push. I have the AkasoWT50
I’m not sure, but there’s probably an orientation setting in the projector that is set to something like “auto” that you’ll want to change. I’ll take a look too…

There’s an actual dial on the outside of the projector for focus. I mention it really quickly in the video.

Where do you get your images and letters in order to project?
Anywhere! Anything you can see on your screen will project onto the cookie. Just have to watch out for copyright. Sometimes lettering comes with the cutter, or I love dafont.com.
I am trying to use my projector, but the image is angled. The actual projector is strait. I have tried to fix this in the settings, but it does not seem to work. Any tips?
You can adjust the “keystone,” but if it’s still not right, try restarting the projector while it’s in position. I learned that it sometimes adjusts to gravity, so if you start in a different position it can change the angle automatically. Oh, and make sure the “auto” is turned off.
How do you open the screen on the Aakso projector?
Hold the sliding power button for a few seconds and select the connection you want to use.
which cable do i need for the Pico projector if want to use my laptop computer do i need the white little connector?
Yes. Whatever adaptor works with your brand of laptop. One end of the adapter needs to be hdmi (that plugs into the cord that connects to the projector), the other end plugs into your computer (mine is lightning for Apple products)

@@brendasierra2941 You need the hdmi to mini hdmi cable and the white adapter. Also, I will be posting a review of the new upgraded Pico+ tomorrow - it comes with the hdmi cable in the box already, but you don’t necessarily need it because this new projector has wireless mirroring.
My Akaso always projects at an angle and I can’t seem to fix it in the settings.. any suggestions?
Make sure it’s facing the direction you want before turning it on. It has a sort of auto adjusting it does with gravity. You can also play with “keystone” settings if needed.

Do the projectors always blink while writing
Not at all. I mentioned it in passing in the video. It just looks like that when you take a video of the projection. It’s a solid white light when you use it. 👍

Hi! Do you mean what app do I use with a projector? No app, just whatever you have on your screen will project onto the cookie?
Wait, so you need the HDMI cable or is it optional?
It’s optional for the Akaso because it has wireless mirroring, but if for some reason it’s not connecting wirelessly, you can connect with the cable. At the time of this video, I was just using the cable. I’d say it’s good to have it just in case.
The old AAXA (white one seen in the video) requires an hdmi cable, but they have since come out with a wireless one as well.
My Akaso projector image is larger at the top than the bottom. Settings has not helped me.
You should be able to fix that with the physical angle of your projector, or go to settings and find “keystone”. Probably vertical keystone.

I can’t find the coupon code for the mount

Mine projection slants when my projector is facing down the middle why is that😭😭
Try adjusting the “keystone” in the settings. Also, turn off the “auto” if it’s on.

A mini HDMI to HDMI cable, and an adapter that attaches to your device, with HDMI on the other side, to connect to the cable.
Why the projection flickers so much?
I mention it in the video. It just appears that way when you try to film it. The projection is bright white and doesn’t flicker in real life!

How do you get images???
Anything you see on your phone screen can be projected. You can purchase clipart, take a picture of your drawing and project it, use the photo of the lettering that came with the cookie cutter, etc…

@@darsmith9971 I show in this video that as soon as you connect to your phone/laptop you’ll see what’s on your phone screen is the same thing that is projected onto your cookie. If you open a photo on your phone, you’ll see the photo on the cookie. Does that makes sense? Or maybe I’m not understanding your question.

I know that you and many others cut your ties with Arkon but may I note that the cancel culture here is not fair in my opinion. Yes, the Vp was a pig and deserved to be canned, but as soon as it was brought to the attention of the company they fired him and did everything right. The company had a bad egg, doesn’t make it a bad company.
I agree! I felt so bad for everyone inside the company and out that were affected by it. I figured I’d reconsider a new relationship with them when everything was taken care of, but the last email I got from them stated that they were suspending their affiliate program.
