Atomic formula is the sum of atomic mass of all atoms like the atomic mass of Na is 23g/mole. That reprsent molecular formula.
But when we come to molecular mass the sum of the atoms in the compound but it usually given measurable value of the compound. For example 58gram of NaCl.

The main difference is that the formula mass is calculated by adding the masses of atoms present in the simplest formula that can be given for a molecule. In contrast, the molecular mass is calculated using the number of atoms present in a molecule.
