He is the type of person I am looking for. I want to relocate to Gambia, but I want my resources to benefit the people. How do we diaspora get resources to him directly? I will visit Gambia with a tour group later this year or early next year. He is honorable. I love the spirit with which he serves. The key is that is sees himself and and his office as one of service. I am a social worker and I always look for ways to contribute.

In due time, there'll be many like Honourable Suwaibou Touray in the Gambia. Many Gambians prefer to've leaders that don't care fighting corruption. Nearly everyone gets away with money under the table.
This is like a cancer in many African societies. People are collecting as much as they can. Keeping as much as they can until they keep them. We can't take away things we gathered when Mouti arrives.

I respect him! The loan track is not sustainable but unfortunately, the wisest amongst us is not in leadership. We are led by mediocrity, we can't get superb outcomes.
love for the country is very important that is the only way for the Gambia. we have to much of dishonesty, lack of feature insight, no feature plan for the country and the citizens. we are very poor at planning and investment. no business ethics. sometimes I wonder what is the use of our politicians and ministers going abroad. they see all the development and investment other countries do. why cant they also implement the same in Gambia. is not like we are poor. we have poor mindset. poor mentality. poor planning. we should open our eyes now is 2023 now.

I thank the honorable for helping his people with his meager resources but I will blame them for awarding six hundred million to the president’s office plus fifty four million just to feed the president and his family what a waste of poor taxpayers money to squander for his political interest and only two hundred million for agriculture when we all know that agriculture is the backbone of that country. If the National Assembly distributed the budget accordingly the farmers will have what they need and there will be no need for him to spend his paid allowances on his people. Another task that he mentioned was the oversight, with all the corruption going on in that country I am yet to see what steps has the National Assembly taken towards eradicating corruption apart from politicking everyday. A simple example is the illegal sand mining destroying our community in Sanyang, until now no member of parliament knows how the contract was awarded and how much money is generated from the mining and where the money goes to. I can go on and on about how the National Assembly is failing the people especially the poor farmers with endless meetings and wasteful spendings by the current administration. Sorry for the lengthy comment, I hope the honorable will find time to read it.
