I was following him on twitter when this was all happening and it was so pathetic and hilarious. I doubt very highly that her lawyers actually gave a cease and desist (let alone noticed or gave a $h!t about it in the first place), he probably just didn’t wanna deal with them crying about it so he just deleted it from itunes. Not sure about Spotify (if it was on there, I don’t use it so idk), but it’s still up with the original cover on SoundCloud. :^)
