This is one of the most educational video tutorial about PTC creo.I wish everyone would do the same thing instead of creating known parts like rim without talk.I will follow you and wait for you to upload more videos like this. Also I am going to suggest you to my coworkers in my company also.Thank you so much. Greatings Vladimir...
thanks a lot.I am happy to find your you tube channel. you are perfect in every thins .and your video is very good in talking clear, resolution, speed talking,...but If it possible add video as manufacturing or others module of software It will be better ,because I thinks you are perfect to transfer your knowledge to others It mean you are a good teacher for some body as me that want to learn better creo .thanks
+davide lambertini I have tried to find best combination for surface modeling training.. And if designers understand How to work with curves.. They can start to work with surfaces :)
Very good Vladimir! Thanks so much for sharing!!! I would like to request a tutorial/s on all functions under DATUM (coordinate, point, axis, plane, etc). Also maybe more information/tutorials about choosing/when to choose references.
Aloysius Reagan Hi, thanks for your comment. I do not understand your question: do you want to know more about Option tab for which feature?... Or do you want to know more about Creo configuration? Please describe it little bit more and I can create some new video tutorial for it :) Regards, Vladimir
Sir this video is really good for understanding curve tracing. Can you please make a video for how to get length between two bends (L),angel of rotation in 3D space (R) and bend angle (A) when 3D pipe model is available
Very Informative. I went through all 14 but still have an issue with projecting a curve on a bottle. I have tried using curves projected from existing solids but it not functioning properly. Can I sent you my file to see which of the 14 will be best to generate the projection I want?
Brilliant! Just Brilliant! This helped a lot with getting started with my work. This type of video is the best kind, the type when we get to learn many different ways to do something. Do you have any plans to make more of these videos? Like 14 ways to make a hole or something? :)
Oskar Isacson Hi Oskar, I have a couple of similar ideas for new Creo tutorials. Some of them I have created.. For example Creo 4.0: Rounds.. Try to check it... I think that I can say that is tutorial about... How to create rounds in 15 ways :) Stay in touch, Vladimir
Is it possible that copied curve to hide it permanently? in my case for example i use the same Technic , Sweep option with copied curve, but while im drawing it shows , so i make it hidden. for what so reason when i open it after some days the drawing the copied curve gets visible. How do i hide the copied curve in my 3D Model permanently without loosing it from my model?
Hi, thanks for your question. If you hide feature in the Model Tree it is only temporary. You need to Save Status of layers (try to use search for this feature) or jump into Layer tree adn RMB Save status and then Save your model. Stay tuned, Vladimir
It 's a good tutorial for beginner of creo ,and I suggest that you can add the method using the curve of style surface ,which is more powerful and helpful for us when we need to build the style surface
I have plan to create tutorials for all Creo features. Style feature is really powerful and useful for ISDX modeling. Thanks Jack - for your suggestion. Vladimir
Thanks for your feadback - try to check this video - maybe you will find answer there. In reality - I do not understand your question: how to extrude projected curve - send me please some example on vpalffy@4kside.com Regards, Vladimir
Hi - if you use projected curve on a solid model you can not use Extrude feature (extrude is working only for sketched curves / sketched feature) For projected curves is much better to use Offset feature. I will try to create some example for you :)
Hi, I have tried to create video tutorial for you - where you can lear - How to project curve on surface and than reause it for Extrude feature: th-cam.com/video/XGj9brK_YQ0/w-d-xo.html
Hi, thanks for note - you are right T parameter is not "time" but in the video I have tried to explain that parameter T is from 0 to 1 and T as time is good to remember :) Thanks one more time. Vladimir
Does Creo 4.0 have a capability to do 3d-sketches of lines and curves like in the following Solidworks video. If not then what steps can you use to get something similar? th-cam.com/video/HO-yg6sC5t4/w-d-xo.html
Hi Mark - sorry but is not possible in Creo 4.0 In the Creo you can create points offseted from CSYS and than use 3D curve as straight lines with/without rounds or as spline :)
BEST CURVE TUTORIAL
You are doing great sir.
We students who couldn't afford paid courses are dependent on people like you.
Love from India...
SUCH VERY VERY HELPFUL VIFDEO
Thank you so much. I'm not even half way through and have learned so many extra detail to PTC Creo. Thanks!
Hi James, stay in touch and I will post a new Creo tutorials soon :)

Pipe model could be as you have made while describing 3D curve (offset coordinate points)
Thank you for your idea. Stay tuned, I will try to find some example. Vladimir

Hi Viktor, I am glad that you and another Creo users like my tutorials. I will try to learn to "you" always more and more :) Best Regards, Vladimir
Really you are the best sir.
Sir can you please upload a video for drawing a sine wave using equations on a knife in creo???
+Naveen Kumar Gulla Hi, thanks for your idea... I will try to create some examples for sine equation. Stay in touch. Vladimir
Thanks alot
Thanks you sir
How would you create the piping using framework extension on the datum curve through point
... I hope that my old video tutorial for Expert framework extension will be helpful for you -th-cam.com/video/_15b4Uy9WOE/w-d-xo.html&t=
can we create 3d curves (splines) directly like in solidworks
No, it is not possible
Thank You Sir
28:38 t stands for trajpar, not time
Hi, thanks for note - you are right T parameter is not "time" but in the video I have tried to explain that parameter T is from 0 to 1 and T as time is good to remember :) Thanks one more time. Vladimir
Nevermind, its a really helpful video anyway! Keep up the good work
Anybody have experience about vibration force vectors creation in creo parametric. 3.0 or 4.0
Sorry, I do not know
Sir Please can you teach us Creo Manufacturing it's very important. I'll wait for your reply. Thank you
Thanks for your request, but for now I do not have these experiences
tooooo good (y)

That is unfortunate. The Creo people should work on something like this. Solidworks had a good idea with making sketches 3D like this.
Hi Mark - it is only one part of modeling :)
Important enough that a big company makes this tool.
Style is more automotive.
thank u so much sir Vladimir palffy ,this is very useful to my career and I want information about the options tab .
