Best approach to performance analysis would be to look at key areas e.g 1. Economic recovery 2. Fight against corruption 3. Rule of law 3. Peace and Security 4. Unemployment And so on....
I'm not a lawyer but I think as a country today we can get together and look at issues that are affecting us eve at a lowest level. We need solutions not political hooligans we need leaders. Be fair things would have been extremely bad if we did not change government. For me knowing governance is not like cooking nshima, I thank God we would have not been able to have a better government than the one in place. We can also talk about the K65 million worth of drugs that went missing in the ministry of health but no high profile individuals such as the Minister of health or Permanent secretary in the Ministry of health were prosecuted. This shows the corruption has the blessing from the highest office in the land. What Mr. Sangwa is something any Patriotic Zambian should support.
