Planemo does not orbit stars like regular planets. Instead, it drifts in space, having escaped the gravitational pull of its star. This song portrays the story of outsiders in the small societal construct of a school, which one encounters for the first time while growing up.
There are two hypotheses for the formation of Planemos. One theory suggests that they were displaced from their original orbits due to collisions with asteroids. The other suggests that they are failed stars, or "brown dwarfs." The experience of being bullied and pushed away by someone, or just wandering around alone for no reason, was similar to this little celestial body, so we wrote this song.
Throughout the song, there's a recurring message: "I'm special, cause I'm alone." Whether it was a word comforting oneself or a word spoken while keeping a distance from others by believing in one's own specialness, I hoped that the ambivalent phrase would be a song that reminds listeners of the loneliness of their school days. The intention was to evoke feelings of loneliness from the listeners' school days. Additionally, it aims to provide solace to those solitary, drifting stars out there.
