@@deanho1223 well yes...obviously AI can make singing voices but you can always tell when it's AI because it sounds weird whenever they try to make it do high notes or it ends up sounding slightly robotic regardless. So I don't know if you're talking about auto-tune or something but these girls don't sound like AI at all.

이번 노래는 ㄹㅇ KDA엄청 생각났음. 한때 KDa엄청 듣던 입장에서 비슷하게 느껴지는 부분들이 너무 많음... 물론 내가 이쪽 전문가가 아니라 전문용어는 못쓰지만 기시감이 느껴지는 부분들이 이번 노래에 너무 많음

It never ceases to amaze me how amazingly realistic and flawless their movements and looks are
A bit of a stretch. The leg movement is done really well. However the hands are very mechanical. However that's the usual problem for that kind of thing. Still they as characters look so realistic. Pores on the skin? Wow. So detailed.
Guess you guys have not played any modern video games. They look like characters of the Sims from 10 years ago. They could do so much better. There are independent animators that do better work on TH-cam.

@@JohnCiacciothey use Unreal Engine 5 to create this which is a game engine and they've spent months doing this MV even if the map is taken from the matrix awakens city template, they're not a big team so they cannot focus so much on the avatars, they need to improve the realism of the avatars and the facial expressions but they'll need much more people or more time snd they've already improved a lot since Pandora and now we can see much more facial animation done with MoCap and that's very hard to do for any animator at any level.

let’s acknowledge that if they weren’t a group with faceclaims that these girls would be so insanely popular! they sing and rap so damn good!

I'm not denying their talent at all but let's not act like EVERY kpop group doesn't sound insanely good in their mvs with the studio-recorded version of the song. Their voices are autotuned and processed so much behind the scenes. At least for actual groups, we can judge their vocal abilities through live encore stages and some actually turn out to be good while others suck. But for a group like mave, who's never going to have live performances, we can't even determine what the girls singing for them actually sound like. So we can't really say "they're extraordinarily talented compared to the rest of the industry" coz we do NOT know anything.
@@ijustwannaenjoymyselfhere The fact that they and the company chose to showcase them as AIs rather than their natural selves is a huge sign they are actually talented singer. The reason singing skills have gone downhill amongst newer kpop idols is because visuals are now seen as the most important and its supported by nearly every single music program having them lipsync, use heavy backtracking, or audio fixing. Did you know that the series "its live" isn't even live singing. So I highly highly doubt these are untalented singers because why add mediocore singers to be masked as an AI. It pretty much defeats the purpose of portraying the perfect idol. A company would want a very talented singer with less desired visuals so they can turn them beautiful while also having beautiful vocals. Also the same people singing are likely not that same people dancing. So they are truly focusing on their vocals.
I gotta disagree. They grabbed people attention with their "AI" image. Moreover, there are sooooo many groups debuted/comeback with insanely good songs that it is very hard to stand out normally. Honestly, I'm glad they use a bunch of 3d models. Shout out to the designers and animators. They're doing god's work.

Edit: I'm literally tired of explaining that MAVE members aren’t AI, they are CGI. Real humans sings, dances, acts behind them. It's actually Motion Capture. And animators puts CGI filters on them.
It’s to be expected when the members don’t go on variety shows to increase their exposure and live stream their activities like what PLAVE does. It's why Plave has a better reception to the kpop community because people know for sure there's people behind their avatars.
For Mave, even though I would like to stan this group I don't feel confident to do so as there is a lot of mystery about how the members came to be. I'm not even sure if it's an actual group and not just masked voice actors/singers and dancers signing an NDA contract. It doesn't help that the community fan group is pretty desolate and half of it is filled with crypto bros. You couldn't even buy their first album normally, you have to enter giveaways or have special tokens to get them. This is such an inefficient way to market the group, how do people even know that they can financially support the group?

Can't get over how pretty the animations are. The flow, the background, oef! So good! And the music? So fricking good. I hope that you can make them look more distinct. I like how Tyra dyed her hair blonde. but what about the other 3? they all look the same. After watching this video and Pandora video several times, I see that the girls in this video are less beautiful and their expressions are less natural than in Pandora one. However, the background is spectacular and the song is so good.
I think maybe their team spent a lot of time focusing on other things, yes I agree that their expressions are a bit stiff in this music video. I hope they can improve further after this.
