    Sir, I am a student of Electrical engineering persuing diploma from Azamgarh ,up ..really aap bahut hi achhe se smjhate ho sir... Your method of teaching is differ and accurate... Sir I want to you that plz start dc machine completely lectures... Because kai teachers se maine pdhne ki koshish ki but khas smjh nhi aata... So please start giving lectures of this topic...

    Very nicely explained and you have earned a sub, good sir.
    Could you please tell the difference between Ferrite Core and CRGO? Like the little toroidal transformers found in power supplies and stuff...They have a yellow or green colored ferrite core. How is it different from CRGO? What kind of frequency response does CRGO have? Is it suitable for transformers in low frequency range or high frequency? I am building my own toroidal transformer (for power purposes) and want maximum efficiency and minimal losses.
    Thanks.

    • @techinsight1418
      @techinsight1418  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Use of silicon increase the resistivity and thus reduce eddy current losses..... While crgo improves the magnetic permeability and thus reduce hysteresis losses.
      Therefore use of crgo si steel reduce both eddy and hysteresis loss

    Direction and magnitude of flux will vary continuously because of ac current. So there is no guarantee that flux is always aligned towards the soft axis. I cannot understand why CGRO Si steel is useful here?

    • @techinsight1418
      @techinsight1418  ปีที่แล้ว

      Direction and magnitude will shift but its axis remain constant. So by CRGO we focus on alignment of core particles in axis of magnetization. Thus, crgo offers low reluctance.

    To ans kya de?

    • @techinsight1418
      @techinsight1418  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Core ka kaam.... Least reluctance path provide karna hota h.... So that maximum flux linkage ho paye between primary and secondary
