My fragrance of the day is Initio’s atomic rose layered with Mugler’s Angel. Don’t knock it until you try it…. I get stopped and followed in places asking what I’m wearing when I layer these. That Angle just amplifies the Atomic rose in my opinion. It lasts for over 16 hrs!! I know as I’m an ICU nurse and I’m still projecting like no other when I work extra hours on my shift😂😂😂😂

I'm not really a rose girl, but your description of Jo Malone's Velvet Rose Oud and Dior's Oud Ispahan has piqued my interest. I'm going to have to pop by the store(we have a Jo Malone in one of our malls here) and check it out. Down with a knee injury, so this weekend has been "just for me scents", I've been revisiting my Philosophy collection. Today's SOTD is Philosophy's Baby Grace, no other way to describe it but soft & pretty. Every time I move I'm just like "well good gracious you smell pretty girl!!" @@toijones1965 my daughter and I love Jo Malone. Nectarine Blossom and Honey is one of my favorite spring/summer fragrances and Myrrh & Tonka is my favorite fall fragrance by the house. I am really surprised how many people have never heard of Jo Malone. I have others on my to buy list.

I’m just getting into rose oud perfumes. Today I am wearing an Oud Satin Mood dupe called Baroque satin oud. When it first arrived I hated it. I let it sit. I tried it again, and I think I’m getting used it it now because the headaches are gone and I can’t stop sniffing it on myself.

I’m a little late to the party, but I myself just got into Atomic Rose. In my opinion, it’s rose based and musky. Reminds me of MFK Oud Satin Mood.
I wear Bond No 9 Nomad! it’s also a Rose Oud perfume. It’s very strong, sexy, modern and definitely makes a statement. I’d love to see you try it or review it! It smells like a luxurious casino in Vegas! Opulent, flashy, glamorous, sexy, and a tad bit sophisticated. It opens with sharp screeching loud fruity notes but give it some time and it develops into a more rounded sexy rose Oud with lots of warmth coming through. I love it so much! Love the video Cheraye!

Recommendation to try: Oud Symphony by Precious Liquids. The notes are, Notes: Passion Fruit, Blackcurrant, Rum, Osmanthus, Oud, Rose, Jasmine Sambac, Incense, Praline, Tonka Bean, Honey, Patchouli. It smells so good

SOTD is Chanel 22 and fave rose/oud fragrence is 1000% LV Fluer du Desert! That honey note is giving!!🍯 I haven't delved too much into rose OR oud , and don't like either much alone- but I absolutely hate LV Rose's Sable (smells like cheap rose air freshener)and Oud Satin Mood is just meh to me. I actually like the Extrait version more.. It's cool how everyone's body chemistry can make or break a fragrence.

I live in a more humid and hot country where people don’t spray a-lot of perfume least it be offensive. Hence, oud silk mood is perfect compared to oud satin mood here in the morning. Satin all the way for night tho!

Love Oud Silk Mood, bought it last winter, then I was getting a Jo Malone perfume for my friend, smiled Velvet Rose & Oud. I loved it so much, so didn’t just buy a perfume for my friend also bought this for myself , love it

Same thing has happened to me as well. Leaving the smell on the pillow is a thing. Leaving it in the vehicles A THING. Gosh that is the 1st step to get them hooked.

I love layering other fragrances over it and like for example, I lost it and used Oriana with Oud 💐 Bouquet! It was a major vibe I got so many compliments mind you I only sprayed two times with the bouquet and then Oriana had her time I oh girl 💓🌟👑🎊. Passion de L'Amour is on my wish list. I wear Jo Malone Velvet Rose & Oud with Jo Malone Vetiver and Golden Vanilla. I also love Trish McEvoy Black Rose Oud. I have Oud for Greatness on the way to me and I am going to mix it with something too! I will have to wear a few times first before I mix.

I own Oud rosewood, but gave it to my husband because it’s more masculine to me. It is a very sexy fragrance though, just more masculine in my opinion lol. I like my fragrance to have a bit of masculine, but Oud rosewood? My husband smells amazing with it on lol

SOTD: LV Fluer du Desert, and I'm actually surprised i like this- Im not generally a rose or oud lover..but this- could be a signature scent for me ❤ However- $415+tax is just too crazy expensive for me! I know this definitely isn't a unique scent profile, so I was hoping to find something similar with a reasonable price 😅
BTW, I don't see any oud notes for Atomic Rose, but its a pretty perfume.
