I live in China, a country where watch youtube is illegal, where lesbians are not allowed to be visible, but here I am and I have a wonderful girlfriend, we have been together for 3years some of my friends knew about us and they support us, but every time ......when I tried to tell my parents about who I am, their words toward the lgbt+ community hurt me but I will never give up on us, one day I will be standing at the sun and be proud.
I’m currently with my gf of 3 1/2 years and we’ve lived together for 1 1/2 years and I just finished coming out to my mom and family in June! It’s so freeing

It happens to more people than you realize, pls know you will look back one day and realize that it's the right decision (however you eventually decide). You can love someone but know deep down you don't want them in your life. Your relationship should be a safe haven and happy place for you and not a battle to be won. Who and what is truly destined for you will find you when the time is right.
