No problem!! Thank you so much for sharing your testimony with us! This is something I’ve been doing for a while just because I love it as well! And I also appreciate the subscription! I hope to hear from you again in the future!
Glad to see you’re doing good Grant. I’ve been a bit busy and just getting back to your vids. Good work! Usually it’s grease or some crud the tenant works at getting down the drain unfortunately. We use this one drain cleaner that boil as soon as it touches water. I like to fish though just like you did and pull a trout out of the drain 😂
I appreciate you ! Yes I’m doing good regrouping after the holidays and taxes 😂 I’m about to go hard again soon. The inside final room of the duplex finally! The front unit living room but it will be no easy feat so I’m trying to stay focused! Yes you honestly never know what you will pull out of a tenants sink drain 😂 I usually try to stay clean as possible if at all possible cause I’ve seen some unbelievable stuff that would make a maggot gag 😂
@@Ciara1594 I guess the plumber that did it wanted to make it hard on everyone lol but I found a way to make it easy. I guess that’s how the cookie crumbles lol
Didnt have to remove anything. Dude just made a hole instead of getting down and unscrewing some PVC. Looks like shit and now anything size of a marbel can fall into your drain
You clearly didn’t watch the video. People like you probably an upset plumber loosing money. The fittings are all glued together. So as a landlord or homeowner you can do this if it’s glued or not. This way you can run the snake with plenty of water in the sink to help flush the clog and push it out. And the hole is no bigger than the other holes in the basket strainer. It is renter proof and fast to fix. It does look good and your on crack.
@@GrantKeysProperties The idea to make that hole was brilliant! In my case, the fittings were also all glued together. I always use mesh drain strainer for my kitchen sink, so no danger of anything falling into the drain.
Thank you for the video. I was able to get my sink working. Watched many other videos that made things very complicated. Much appreciated ❤
@@stacycharmley61 I appreciate you reaching out to me! I’m very glad that I was able to help you find a solution that wasn’t to hard!
Thank you so much for this video! I fixed my clogged sink drain thanks to your video! Wow! Subscribed :)

Does the stopper still work? What size bit?
Yes it works good still! It’s not any bigger than the standard holes and I just picked a bit that fit the size of the snake end.
1/2 inch drill bit was used.
You are correct! Thank you!
Can a drum snake be rented?
Possibly depending on where you go but I know you can rent the big machines at least here in my town! For a really sticky situation!
Why the hell would the
pipes be glued together?
😳
