I am a Digital Marketing Student on f1 Visa. Am I eligible to apply for O1? I am in my first semester. If I'm eligible then when can I start the process?
Heyy!! I applied for j1 visa student undergraduate exchange program I was asked about my father and he passed away when i was a kid Then he asked me how u r gonna pay for this I told that my uncle and grandmother are my care taker since my birth he asked what my uncle do i told him he is in merchant navy (he is my fathers real brother) i dont told him this i just said uncle Then he asked about documentation of my uncle financial capabilities i was not having it my program was fully sponsored i also didnt mentioned this Then ask some question about my uncle and i told him and i was just not able to tell his ship name Then he rejected me and said i am currently not eligible to visit us but that doesn’t mean in future also i cant visit he didnt even gave me denial paper Please help me should i reapply and what can i do in next attempt
@@YashMittraYMGrad It takes time to get citations (20-40) and get certificate of review (web of science 20+ paper review) of other papers or being in editorial board. Plus you need 5+ journal papers. It is same as EB1A. Mostly for post-docs who have that kind of profile.
@@joshishiv1848 you do need to build your profile. Agreed 100%, but we have worked with people with only a bachelor's degree who got through as well. Being a post doc is never a requirement and is a common myth. Building the profile can take time. 6 months to 2 years is an average depending on how quickly you parallelize your profile building. Citations can be slow but if you know how to market your work and publish it in a good journal, it can be done quicker.

Just marry an American national at this point. All the green card visa routes are difficult to get.

What should i start to do in USA after strating my ug course in usa University for o-1 visa is it possible to get it while having student visa?

These two visas is only for USA, and not UK.
Maybe UK has its own work permit visa & extra-ordinary visa.
