@@Kaziriasatalve. Yes of course artists sports people etc can also apply. Priyanka Chopra went to us on the o1 visa to the best of my knowledge. @@Drganguli yes, you're right. And why Priyanka chopra considered for O1 visa while she can easily get EB1? I'm from Bangladesh and many Bangladeshi stars got EB1 as I know, in this regard Priyanka has way more international reputation!
@@Kaziriasatalve. O1 is dual intent and so the person can work for some time and go either way. But once you apply for EB1 you have to be very sure of a positive outcome. Else you have revealed the immigrant intent. And if you are denied the EB1 then in future even the B1-B2 will be subject to the 214b problems, to the best of my knowledge.

Best way is to just walk through US-Mexico border and claim asylum. Get a work permit in a few months and a GC in in a few years. No need to be part of this song and dance about F1,OPT,H1B and forever greencard wait. That is plain exploitation . America has no moral right to make foreign students indentured while it freely grants green card to illegals..
@@naraendrareddy273 there are ways to work around it like meeting your relatives in Dubai or Nepal, Also MEA can excuse your claim of asylum and give visa
@@princeofheaven19 that's very unideal. What good is a GC when you don't really have the freedom to visit your motherland? Not worth it at all especially with the conditions in the US. They're not that extraordinarily great when you compare it to India.
@@naraendrareddy273 hi Narendra even I am from AP India. I am a believer in India and did not take up UK passport even when eligible. I just heard the work arounds from my punjabi friends who used the asylum route
