I'm also a 12 year old photographer. I would recommend this camera if you wanted to take a still shots. It doesn't have a long exposer setting like many other Sony cameras which is a very common thing to want in a camera.

No stop there bad mistake bro....im also 13 what I’ve done is instead of getting that crappy camera because trust me i had it....i bought a phone camera lens just search them up on amazon and have a look i got a 30x telephoto adjustable zoom lens for like £30 but thats for if your into nature photography, theres other kits like 4in1s with 8x zoom but a macro,and a widen angle fisheye...its been 5months but just incase your wondering:)

@@yacinearg898 This a point and shoot camera, there are some settings for white balance but it has and auto-focus that does not take manual movement. In other words the camera does all the focusing by itself.
@@artistdiksha it will record as long as the battery last before needing recharging.I do not use the movie function that much.

I decided to buy this camera after my Fuji one had broken down for so long that I threw it out! Anyway, there are some good points and bad points. It is not as good as my previous camera that was 16 mega pixels whilst this is 20 mega pixels-somehow this camera does not capture the same level of quality, something I am disappointed about especially when I paid more this one. Also, the ability to do things with the photo like crop, change and change to dark and white etc are very limited on this model compared to my last one-something that I am again disappointed about. Would I buy this had to known or if I was better educated in cameras-the answer would be no. It will do for my needs but I am disappointed none the less.

Put the card in. Make sure you set it up in the menus. The resolution and other factors will make the time longer or shorter.

I don't recommend this camera because you can't control the aperture and automatic focus is fiddly. Also lacking is long-time exposure, which it fails to compensate for with adjustable ISO: too high iso just takes grainy images.

I have had my cybershot for over a year now. It provides amazing quality photos. In my Sony cybershot I use a 32 Gigabyte S.D card. Literally you can achieve over 3000 photos. It is a great camera. Have a great day .

The only thing this camera really has to offer is its video quality tbh if u have a phone but don’t wanna spend loads which probably why u wanted this camera search up on amazon phone camera lens...there like £25 and better than this camera any-day trust me
