Any idea how I can better create hip rotation, I struggle clearing my hip towards the target, my hands seem to always get to the ball first before my hips even face forward and trying to turn my hips quicker seem to feel very disconnected and inconsistent, like my whole upper body triangle is gone and my catapulting to the ball with the upper body
Try some practice swings and hitting some 3/4 shots with your feet almost together. This will allow your body to follow and flow with your arms and stops you from trying to hit to hard or you loose balance
