    Hi Brad,
    Pretty cool sander.
Man, can't believe DeWalt released their new 20v brushless palm sander (square sheet style). Pretty cool....
    Thanks for this video

Yes they are expensive but I think these tools are for the professional not for the homeowner, I have 6 deferent Festool sanders along with the CT26 dust extraction, I can’t say enough about how much time they save me or how good they make me look.

Nice video Brad, I have the cordless ets sander. Have you tried the square or triangle sheet sander yet? If so what do you line better?.

Solid sanders and when paired with a good dust extractor they excel. I have the older more high profile versions but they have been making me money since 2012. I have been considering Mirka lately though. The Delros and their dust extractor has been catching my eye.
The Planex if you do a lot of drywall is worth it but if you just do repairs and smaller areas the ets 150 or ets 125 works great.
    Thanks for the vid.

My dealer sells both and highly recommends this Festool over the Mirka Delros. He’s had many build quality issues with Mirka.

@@fotopdo I guess I never got notification of the reply.
Yeah that is the trend I've seen with the Deros. Top rated for ergonomics, but then rating poor in reliability. Oddly enough the Leros their drywall sander is also top rated without the reliability issues. Only seen a couple people complaining about being shocked when using it with an antistatic hose.
I'm guessing that the Deros issues are likely internal electrical management issues. You'd think after this amount of time those issues would of been fixed. But I guess since not everyone sees those issues due to individual varying use because not everyone is riding them hard for extensive use, that it is cheaper to deal with warranty problems versus a redesign.
I've since stuck with Festool because I was worried about reliability, and they are all plug and play with with what I already have.

Do you use the disposable filter bags 100% of the time.?

    Festool's sandpaper is expensive.

It sure is. But I found it lasts a lot longer than others.

So is 3M Extract, which is better than Festool's sandpaper and it works fine on their sanders just get the hook and loop pad protector to protect the sanding pad. Both sandpapers will cost you way less than the cheap paper because it lasts much longer.

    Much better and cheaper options

Cheaper yes, but better? I haven't used anything "cheap" that comes close, especially when you factor in vibration. Using tools that vibrate like most sanders can cause permanent damage to your hands. Which options do you think are "much better and cheaper?"
