Taking A Look At The 2009 LEXUS SC 430 PEBBLE BEACH EDITION! (Walk around, details) *1 of 300*

At first glance, you may assume this is a standard Lexus SC430, however, upon closer inspection, you’ll realize this special machine right here is 1 of only 300 of it’s kind in the entire world. This is the 2009 Lexus SC430 Pebble Beach Edition, and of the 720 Lexus SC430 examples sold to the US in 2009, only 300 of those cars were marked as ‘Pebble Beach Edition’. The Pebble Beach Edition of the SC430 was first created in 2003 as a way to honor the resort and golf course that hosts the famous Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance car show, and was designed with the intention to evoke the exclusive feeling that comes with a visit to the Pebble Beach Resorts. Starting in 2004, Lexus first introduced the Pebble Beach Editon during the ‘Lexus Style in the Fast Lane’ fashion show, and subsequently, 400 total examples were built of this model all finished in Azure Pearl Blue over an Ecru/Black interior. The following year, this special edition of the SC430 was continued, this time, 600 total examples were produced for 2005, and all of them were finished in Black Diamond over a Pimento interior. In 2006, Lexus added the Tigereye Mica Pearl over Camel interior to the Pebble Beach Edition lineup, and only 500 total examples of this model were produced for the world. For the 2007 model year, 400 examples were produced all finished in Starfire Pearl over a Pimento interior. Nearing the end of the Pebble Beach Edition SC430’s production, the 2008 model year had 360 examples sold, all finished in Smoky Granite Mica over a Ecru/Camel interior. This car shown here is a 2009 model, which is not only the final year of production for the SC430 Pebble Beach Edition, but also the rarest, with only 300 examples produced for the world, all finished in Mercury Metallic over a Ecru/Black interior. This final year of this very special car was introduced on at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance Lexus Fashion Preview on August 15th of 2008. My 2007 PB edition is one of the GREAT LOVES OF MY LIFE- dead serious. Got hit by a deer 🦌 and ended up fixing it instead of buying another because everything engine wise was just done w genuine parts etc. Best machine I’ll ever own- I literally talk to her like a person. My girlfriend honestly hates the car because I won’t ever let her drive but it’s mine 😏

Lol no it doesn’t 😂 yours has a 5 speed not a 6 like the 06-10 models and the newer suspension and UPDATED INTERIOR that doesn’t look 90’s status. Now go enjoy your old SC and kick rocks

@@Ryan-vj9bl6 speed was introduced in 2005 and since then, absolutely nothing changed in and outside of the car except new leather colours and side mirror cover in 2009 (wow how exciting). Interior remains the same, navigation is just updated and gauge cluster is LED. That is pretty much it. My point stands, Lexus couldve done so much better and more but they lazied out hence the poor sales and outdated look for 2009
