    I'm from the Philippines. Your content contains lots of helpful information. I graduated several months ago as a computer engineer. I'm planning to build my entrepreneurial path on the side by starting a startup business as a solopreneur.
    You're right, there are a lot of opportunities out there, but whenever I come up with ideas, I always ask myself how to get them done as soon as possible. Most people always say something like this: "The faster you build an MVP, the faster you can iterate and improve based on user feedback. Speed is extremely important in business."
    I'm currently a young full-stack developer, and I'm still exploring specific niches I could focus on to come up with Micro SaaS ideas. I hope to make it!

      I’m super pumped for you! My biggest advice would be to start small and build momentum.

    In all these mentioned ideas, domain specific knowledge is going to play a pivotal role.

      💯. Either from yourself, or from your Co-Founder.

      I have a domain specific expertise, pressing problem and prototyped solution and fit to market. Looking for a co-founder. Developer preferred.

      I’ve decided to become my own customer. I am building solutions for recruiting agencies, and so have decided to start my own recruiting firm to learn as I develop my MVP. I am a solo-founder.

    Thanks again TK! Grabbed a copy of your ten point checklist. Really excited to see how this compares with Rob Wallings 5PM framework. Having templates and frameworks like this really help me focus on what matters and to ignore the distractions.

    Hello, TK. Great video. It sounds like the conference was great in that it got your mind going on new ideas. I've actually been thinking of one of the 5 ideas that you shared for some time. Your video may finally push me to do something about it. Keep up the great work on the videos, as I really enjoy them (and I'm sure many others do, too). If you're looking for content ideas, I'd love to know your thoughts on older (but experienced) founders (I'm 60) and getting back on the "entrepreneurial horse" after "failure" (I prefer to call it a "learning experience 🙂). Thanks for all you do!

    Another great video TK. Can I ask, in terms of automation through SaaS, aren't you always at the mercy of plug-in developers for sites like Quickbooks? Imagine spending all that time developing a SaaS solution only to be gazumped by a quicker less potentially disruptive service? Surely plug-ins will be able to provide the automation and prediction that the SaaS intends to provide?

    I don't agree 30/ month should be standard minimum, it depends on how much value you are providing, aometimes your value might just worth 10/ month

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

      It’s hard to build a business and scale it at $10/mo. In the long run you can add lower tiers. In the short term, I like to set the minimum to $30 and force the quality bar where we are delivering $300 of value. That’s my opinion. I respect that yours may be different!

    Hello everyone. Well, there is a big issue here and I would like to know the opinion of all of you: if your are a solo founder, you're probably a very skilled software developer or programmer, but not a one of this business savvy.. Beyond this "core principles" that you kindly share with all of us, the great great diffculty is: How to learn about these business model in order to build this Saas of micro Saas for they?. Like solo, I don't know how to do it. It would be a very interesting video.

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I started out as a solo Founder and engineer as well. I then embraced Sales, Marketing, and the business side of things to grow my first SaaS business. Part of why I do this channel is to help Solo-Founders and Engineers take the leap and bridge the gap. If you're just starting out on your product idea, then check out my SaaS Launch Challenge where I build on the principles I teach in this channel and show you how to implement them: tkkader.com/challenge.

      I outsource my Coding to Fiverr programmers, IF you not able then you have to pay. i am a business consultant by trade, trying to follow my own advise - my skills fill the management role of running a business - the actual work i have to pay for. I assume for the tech savvy people its the other way around, they would have to pay for business plans, accounting ect. focus on your skill not your lack.

      @TKKader I think he’s on to something take a person that has no experience in this
      Field but wants to jump in. And film from the beginning to the end. I would like to see what it would be like for a person that wants to get into the field but doesn’t know where to start

    Hey, I've been following you like a month and I really like your content. But what bothers me all the time while watching your video is your home. I really like it. Can you please upload a home tour video once please? I know its irrelevant but I would be glad to watch your home tour video. Thanks!

      Sorry man, my home is private, that's not really the vibe I want for my TH-cam channel. I'm here to help folks build incredible software companies.

    im in logistics. trucking and air & ocean. I love no code. The key is integration. I'm working with XANO and Flutterflow to create interfaces that ease the workflows. But as you said, no one company is like other even if they do the same output = transportation. So its hard to create process that 2 company follows. would love to understand how you manage this.

      It's tough to build a PRODUCT if you can't hone in on a consistent use case across a huge number of companies.
