@@johnsulvarta4837 You are telling him to stfu? Really? You can’t just make up your own definition of intelligence, intelligence is your brain power, you can know everything in the world but when it comes to a life or death situation the more intelligent person is likely to servive because they can problem sole better and faster.
Look at a computer. The cpu is the brain of a computer, the cache and hard drive are the computers short and long term knowledge, whereas the clock determines the speed, and the alu determines how calculations are performed. Your intelligence is your cpu, a better cpu means you are much smarter and faster, it doesn’t matter how big your hard drive is.
Intelligence has two definitions, one is the gathering of intel, but it only means that in a military or defence point of view. The other is the biological definition, I suggest you listen to this guy and actually do some research.
There is a word called ‘ignorant’ it doesn’t mean you are stupid, it means you are without knowledge in a particular felid, you are ignorant.

@@johnsulvarta4837 Someone that knows a lot is knowledgable, clear, smart. We sometimes say they are intelligent (this is okay is normal everyday language but in terms of Biology and iq it is factually incorrect). For example in everyday language people say ‘oh I’m going to weigh myself on the scales’ however you don’t measure weight on scales, you measure mass because weight is a force in Newton’s.
What’s my point? My point is that people use words interchangeably in everyday language but that doesn’t mean they are technically right. I might call a knowledgeable person intelligent but that doesn’t mean that their fluid intelligence is actually that good.
By your definition I am more intelligent than Einstein (and I can guarantee you I am not) because I am much more knowledgable, I’m being serious, I factually know a lot more than Einstein ever did because I have more and better qualifications. I have a Masters in mathematics and a phd in mathematical sciences, I am also now studying for a bachelors in computer science (which is why I used the computer analogy in the last comment haha). But I am not as intelligent as Einstein, I know more but he had a great way of thinking, and therefore could achieve greater things.
Fluid intelligence and crystallized intelligence are different things, you are thinking of crystallized intelligence, which is classified as a type of intelligence but not in the same sense as iq, real biological intelligence refers to fluid intelligence.
      crystallized intelligence is accumulating knowledge,
Fluid intelligence is your way of thinking (this is more commonly used as a measure of real intelligence)

We need to first understand that there are different kinds of intelligence. IQ tests only measure a very limited kind of intelligence, which predicts how well students will do in college fairly well, but has no relationship to how well they will do in life. Indeed, high intelligence may limit life success (depending on how you define it) if only because it tends to pidgeon-hole people. A high IQ has no necessarily correlation with self-discipline, perseverance, focus, creativity, or judgment -- all of which are equally important to success in life.

It is interesting how some people who score higher than Einstein never do anything but brag about their IQ.
I wonder, do these people really sit on this kind of potential? Is the reason they're not successful that they choose not to be?
I understand underachievement, but sometimes it really goes beyond that. I know people that get great results with little work. Yet equally lazy people with higher IQ scores manage to out-underachieve them.
I'm starting to think Einstein, Newton, Curie, Pasteur, and others we think of as geniuses have abilities beyond IQ. If someone really has the full set of those abilities, I can't imagine they would waste them.
Maybe us thinking that everyone with a high IQ scores should be a genius is like people thinking everyone tall has what it takes to be the next Michael Jordan.

Dylan Jones, listed as having an IQ of 200, never attended the “Colorado School of Medicine of Mines”, because there is no such thing. There is the Colorado School of Mines. I know this, as I have two daughters who are enrolled there. It is an engineering university, with degrees offered in many fields all the way through PhD’s. Also, Dylan Jones worked as an editor for a fashion publication.
