Great curb appeal. I don't really care too much for all the paneling in the foyer/hallway. I like the "waterfall" design with the tile. Kinda on the fence with the backsplash in the kitchen. I think the gray is too dark for kitchen cabinets. Do like the pantry, dining area, and large island. I also like the pocket doors leading into master bath. My favorite is the low threshold/zero threshold showers that is common in Florida homes. As a retired healthcare professional, I really appreciate the ease of going into and out of the shower. We may be relocating to the East from Northern Nevada. Our kids live in California and are getting fed up with the politics and regulations. It's between Florida and Tennessee. I enjoy watching videos from your real estate company. Thank you.

We are starting to see builders do it more over here in Northeast Florida. The backsplash was a bit on the busy side so its probably more you either love it or you hate it for most people. We have had many people move to Northeast Florida from out west due to those same reasons as well Clarissa. Hi Clarissa. In October, we do see varying temperatures but typically we will see temperatures around the mid to high 70s that time of year. Occasionally the temperatures will be in the 80s as well. October is a great time to visit here. As its not as hot but still hot enough to go to the beach. 🙂
I didn’t like the wall in the entry way and the backsplash in the kitchen was dreadful. I loved everything about the master bath shower. The pocket doors are a great idea and the pantry and master closet organization are works of art
