This is a community of people feeling the same thing. Most of them, strangers. But you are uniting them. You are giving them your voice. And that's as spiritual as it gets. - Boychoir (2014)

You don't have to hold anything together among Aurora's fans. None of us are strangers to tears while listening to Aurora. She vibrates to remind us to feel our feelings. Can't avoid it with Aurora.
I'm subscribing because you shed a tear... and I'll stay to watch you react to ALL her concerts. Trust me all her Warriors & Weirdos will come marching in. :)

Nidarosdomen is a large cathedral in Trondheim.Norway, which is built in more than 70 different types of stone, But a lot of the stone is softer types as different kinds of soapstone and marble. and It gives an unike type of acoustics. To be there for Bach´s "Christmas Oratorio" in Desember or Handels "Messias" at Easter, is quite an experience in beautiful sound -and so was brilliant Auroras concert.

Many reactors have done the whole concert. None have had issues with copyright with this venue. As long as you stop after each song to say something, you would be fine. It's the most beautiful concert I've seen in a very long time. The Aurora journey is fabulous. She has reduced many of us to tears, that's for sure. She does sound a bit Irish in parts of this song, but she is a 25 year old from Norway. I would love to see your reaction to this breathtaking concert. Aurora is someone everyone should experience. Oh, if you do the concert, make sure you put on the CC, so you know what she says in between songs. For some reason, reactors have had no issues with copyright for this concert, so you should be good to go

She is so magical. I just discovered her like a week ago and I can't process or understand or get enough. She is the most beautiful thing I've found in life in a long time. She touches the human core in us all I think. She tickles our inner child and gives it a hug. Idk. I just dont understand how someone can be so much magic in one body.

This fantastic concert was created by NRK - Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, and will not be blocked. NRK is Norway's largest TV station, and they are without a doubt the best in Norway in terms of audio and video. So thanks to NRK for making this concert possible, and shared for the whole world.
Aurora is some of her own kind, not only in singing (there is a lot of fantastic singers out there), but as a poet and composer. She say this about writing Through The Eyes Of A Child in a interview (HAIK Documentary 26:09) "I got into a bubble like that, the only thing I saw was the bad stuff, wich the world has to offer. I had to write a song to get it out of the system"
So I will also recommand Lucky from the same concert, a song she wrote when she was 9 (nine).

I made the mistake of dismissing her early on, not out of disdain but because I assumed it's not my style. I'm a hardcore metal head, I mean come on, seriously? 😄 But then I was in a mood and watched this whole concert and was deconstructed on the spot. I was speechless for a while as I tried to figure out what my mind space was before I watched that show to where I was at the end. Now I can say I'm a huge fan though I do have to prepare myself for the emotional ride I'm going to have as she turns me to mush.

Greetings from Scotland! With Aurora, it's not just her incredible voice, it's her whole persona, her completely different approach to music and the world around her. I have to say, you lasted a lot longer than I did Sir! I'm glad you paused occasionally because I fear I would have had cardiac arrest otherwise! She blows me away, every song, every time! The Aurora experience is not to be missed! I know I definitely won't go to heaven, but I expect this is the sound I would hear as I approached the gates? Great reaction again Sir!

Aurora is a vision from from a Botticelli painting. Next on to the magical HAIK concert 2019, filmed in the forest where Aurora played in her childhood. Try "Daydreamer" or "The River" from this event, as they both highlight a different side to Aurora smiling and dancing with pure joy.

I swear I hadn't let myself cry in such a long time, and then I heard Aurora singing and it came pouring out of me. It's like she had found a piece of my soul that had been beaten and locked away deep down, and she broke it free and pulled it to the surface. I haven't even thought about putting it back. I couldn't if I wanted to, and I don't want to. Seeing this man cry from this performance made me realize, even though she is singing to millions of us, it genuinely feels like she is singing directly to you, and your heart soecifically is on her mind when she turns these words you hear everyday into music.

If AURORA performs another concert in this or any cathedral, I will fly there to see / hear it! I've already got my tickets for her NYC concert in November (hopefully Covid is no longer a factor at that time in that place).

I almost bought those tickets. NYC and LA her only shows 2021. But damn covid...I might try Iceland or other Euro destination for a concert later if the world survives this shit.

@@BrookeMonfort Iceland is having covid issues at this time, and travel there is currently discouraged. It's likely that NYC will be in better shape by November, given steps being taken now.

Do not worry. This woman (and entire concert) could be the perfect Turing test - except even semi-intelligent robots would break down into "tears in the rain" monologue from her. Your reactions are top-notch.
Also remember: Her inspirations are Bob Dyland, Leonard Choen, Mastodon, Tool, Enya(!), Bowie and such names (I think is why she has a pretty solid "old boys team" alongside her more usual younger fans. And becoming aware that she is one of the naturally smart empaths on the planet with a sky-high emotional quotient "I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love this Bomb" of this beauty. I even dig her with my analytical brain that watches a young woman side-stepping genres, "branding advice" and all the usual "industry BS" that makes all unique talents being shoehorned into the same mould.
"Lucky" from Nidarosdosen exist as a standalone video while you ponder doing the whole concert. I promise nothing but musical overload on the senses.

Listened to this performance 8 times today & it broke me and yanked at my heart while washing over me with the chill of the howling northern winds..
One word comes to my mind to describe her mate..
    SIREN
Who wouldn't sail into the rocky bluffs if you heard her calling you with song..
Moments captured like those here make me believe that magick still exists.. Just want to hug her you know ?..

She and Diana seem to me that have a voice conect with Earth, with Mother Nature, for me Aurora has a childlike soul (like she says in the lyrics) and Diana has a old soul...

Couldn't have said it better, Aurora's voice always makes me want to weep with joy/melancholy/sadness and I'm constantly amazed that she can have that affect on me every time ;?)

You should see her in a performance when she get so emotional and at the same time hugging a toy dog. That one is over 100 % emotional....and the song is this one.

I love the way you describe her. I know exactly what you mean. She really does have something special. I tell you what. If you are ever having a bad day, just look up any one of her live streams and listen to her speak. She has the most soothing voice I've ever heard. I wish she would do an audio book, because I would buy it just to listen to her voice. Plus, she's so sweet, kind, humble and yes a bit quirky and strange at times, but all in a good way. She truly is unique and her music does transport you to another place. Often when watching her perform, you will see her shake her head a bit or open her eyes. I think she really does go somewhere else when she performs. You're right. It is very mesmerizing to watch and you've only seen just a bit of it. I really do hope you watch the concert and react to it. I would love to share that with you. Not all reactors show us the emotional side. It's a joy to see. I like to see someone appreciate her the way I think she deserves. Your reactions have been really enjoyable to her. Please keep them coming. (More often would be good..LOL)
