How to make a quilters knot

In this video tutorial I show you how to make a quilters knot. It is a little tricky, but once you get it -- you'll love it!
It's the quickest way to make a knot on your thread without going cross-eyed and pulling out your hair.
This is great for stitching, embroidery, binding and anything you do with a needle and thread!
