      Last comment, I'm irritated. I wonder why he's having bad grades... hmm not eating enough maybe? Not getting enough sleep? Oh, I wonder why he yelled at his teacher, maybe he saw it at home and that's normal. Maybe he was being mean to his brother because that's how you do. You think parenting = having him be scared of you. I feel bad for him

      I was so frustrated she kept saying “this is the FIRST time” well mam there shoulda never been a first time! What don’t she get?!! Not feeding your child as a punishment is for sure neglect/abuse! I don’t see how any parent could think otherwise. I was appalled by that lady! Then saying he got in trouble because he (a 7 year old child) left his younger brother outside on the trampoline!! Like WHAT! It’s NOT his responsibility to care for his younger sibling! And to not get FED because of that or get help in the morning for school and the bus?! Absolutely NOT! She is just lazy and I truly hope those babies are out of her custody! They deserve way way way better!

    • @rapidryu
      @rapidryu 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Not true. It's based on how the kid is raised and developed. My son at 3 years old has a very high attention span. He will also instantly correct anything he sees his 1 year old brother doing wrong, N when they're both awake and out n about he's always by his brothers side making sure hes safe "He's VERY protective and attentive to his brother, even though he doesn't need to be." So I would disagree with stating age to be the factor, as research even shows its more about what they learn growing up then their age.

      This is why a man should never put his hands on a child. Simply because of the amount of force. Same goes for mother's who choose to use excessive force while disciplining a child. I use to be ok with a certain amount of spanking but the fact is what amount of force is ok? This can mean so many different things to different people that's why it's best to find a different form of discipline

      @@Blackrose21798 My kid was 14 when he went to school on his bike the first time by him self. That was difficult, for most for his mother. It all depends on where you live. Where I live now I would have no problem letting a 8 to 10 year old walk to school alone, I think most here do (on a bike or scooter). But I now live on an island 🙂 in a very small town (like 1500 people)
      When I was 5 (1968) I walked alone to school every day, but all kids did. We always walked in a group together (3 to 5 kids) and that was not around the corner, probably something like 1,5 - 2km. But we lived in a very small town, there was almost no traffic and nobody brought their kids to school. Today in a city I would think twice to let a 6 year old go to school alone.

      @@KillerTurnushow is beating a kid with an electrical cord not malicious?

    • @KillerTurnus
      @KillerTurnus 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @rationallyruby who's to say she was present for that particular incident. Malicious implies that you want to hurt someone. If they think that's how you discipline, and that it's for his own good that they're treating him that way by definition that is not malicious. It's stupidity, to the retarded degree but if their goal is not harming him but teaching him then it doesn't fit malicious as a term.
      People make dumb mistakes all the time with the best of intentions. If their parents beat them with electric cord or whatever, why would they think reasonably, that it's wrong.
      We learn right from wrong from our parents. If their parents abuse them harshly, they may have the impression that abuse is normal. That is all I was saying, and it's backed up by their words they genuinely didn't understand why they were in trouble and he genuinely sounded like he wanted to be a father to the kid. They simply failed in the worst possible way. Road to hell and all that.

    • @KillerTurnus
      @KillerTurnus 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@rationallyruby tldr: doing something bad doesn't make you malicious, your intention matters.
      and of course my reply got deleted automatically cuz of the sensitive nature of all of this.
      Maliciousness implies intent to harm, not everyone who ab*ses their children intend to do them harm. Someone who was ab*sed May not realize that what they're doing is wrong. If he grew up in a household where his parents disciplined him with whatever they could reach, cords, whips ropes whatever. They may think it's normal to do that. And if you think it's normal to discipline your child that way, you're going to repeat that process. Doesn't mean you hate the child, doesn't mean you want the child to d*e. In order for something to be malicious you have to have the intention of harming that person. It is possible to do awful things, without intending to harm anyone.
      The fact that you're this concept confuses you, just proves that you had a good upbringing, and you can't imagine being that ignorant of how the world works. But there are people in this world who see the world that way. Like those old priests who would intentionally harm themselves to cleanse themselves of their sin. The concept of harming others so that they'll learn from their mistakes has existed from the dawn of time. It sounds like these two were raised that way. Their parents likely took corporal punishment to the extreme.

    • @rationallyruby
      @rationallyruby 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@KillerTurnus I understand what you’re saying now. You believe malice has to be intentional from the perpetrators point of view. And while that’s true legally all that’s needed to prove malice is proving that is an intentional act of harm without justification or excuse. And the lack of justification and excuse isn’t determined by the perpetrator but by a jury. While intent is important, it’s not needed to prove malice in a court of law. Malice can be either expressed or implied. So just because someone claims they didn’t do it on purpose or with the intent to do harm, doesn’t mean they magically have diminished responsibility. As long as their actions prove that their crime was an intentional act that any rational human could foresee the consequences of, you can still be charged with aggravating factors like malice. Hope my explanation helps.

    • @JediJan
      @JediJan 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Yes, I am confused about the 19yo son too. He doesn’t pay anything, living at her boyfriends house, and his mother was just moving his contents to a room in her old house, which he doesn’t pay for either. Sounds like he is spoilt brat, and been an unofficial non paying tenant at her boyfriends house. So he is going to continue to freeload off his mother at her house so he rings Police on her. She is enabling his behaviour by continuing to house, feed and give him a car. Saying “I own him” was just a poor choice of words I think. She should have just said I pay for everything; my rules or leave, which sounds fair enough to me, but she doesn’t want him to be homeless. But no, he is claiming tenancy rights? Apparently the boyfriend should have started eviction process. I feel sorry that boyfriend has to house a spoilt 19yo until this matter is sorted in court. Boyfriends of women with children beware.

    As a child, my mom beat us with anything she could find, anything! Extension cord, whip, belt buckle, pipes, broom stick. If she didn't see blood, she wouldnt stop, we would wear extra clothes all the time just incase we got hit. To this day, I'm still scared of her in the sence of don't want to disappoint her but I do love her with every cell in my body. I didnt realize that was abuse, i thought that was the way. She apologized to all her kids about 2 years ago and i told her don't feel bad because we are great human beings because of her. I know it hurts her now even though we don't blame her. Mama is still my bestfriend and I've learned that I would never ever do the same to my own kid. I'm stern without abuse.

He don’t give a damn about that kid. Also, the fact that the mother saw this and allowed it tells you that she will always choose a man over her child. I’m getting the impression that she don’t even want the child anymore because it’s a reminder of the father.
    Moreover When the drunk mother got told by the cop that they found her son and the first thing out of her mouth is “OK when he coming” absolutely broke my heart. That boy don’t have a chance. There are a lot of people walking around that never should reproduce and yet we as a society, let them reproduce and harm the children they bring into this world. That is very twisted.

    I was watching my granddaughter nearly 4 the other day …ide spoiled her as usual and within a split second she put the bag on her he’d within that next second I had it off …I told her never ever do that again Nani naughty to leave it there and everyone would cry if it ever happened again …..I really layed on the danger and sadness….she said …yes Nani naughty I should have sweeties in that nasty bag not just dolly…..tears that had streamed down my face in the total horror of the bag now coursed down in laughter…child abuse is the most abhorrent thing in the world x
