Replacing installing the injector pump on a 4-390 Cummins in a case 580 back hoe. Make sure you unlock the pump. Mine didn’t need timed as it was marked and had a key on the shaft
I had an injector place in woodland ca rebuild it. I can’t remember but thinking 1800?? It was really bad shape as there is a lock pin and when I had trouble with air issues I think the guy helping me moved that lock pin in and it did a lot more damage. When the little plate is one way it can’t go all the way in. When it’s the other way the pin goes in further to lock it.
What fuel line washers are you using? I cannot get mine to seal up.
Fuel line washers? There are not any washers just the line. I think I used some Teflon tape to help seal? Been too many years.
