I absolutely love your show! It’s black excellence at its best. I have a question for you as Baker. What are you using to make your sugar flowers. I generally use fondant or gum paste but they get so hard and brittle afterwards and they crack sometimes so I’m wondering if you’re using different materials because it seems like your flowers are a bit flexible.
