U know what I love the most from ur video's... The honesty you and your workers show. If they are not happy or they have something to say they will say it in front and you also didn't pretend just for the video 👏👏👏 this is very important for everyone of us, because for some workers who thinks, boss is stressful, they need to understand that this is work not personal... And you bosses, give some emotional freedom to your workers, so that they will work as a family and team.
