    What I’m looking for a template for my business. Deliverables, website , software, repeatable missions. The whole enchilada! One stop shopping.

    • @AZ-Drone
      @AZ-Drone  ปีที่แล้ว

      We do cover a lot of your mentioned items in our classes. Some items drone pilots will grow into as they build their businesses. For instance, Deliverables. Our deliverables will depend on the needs of the companies we work for. Realtors might only want still images and videos. Construction companies might want photos, videos, orthomosaics, 3D models, FPV fly throughs, etc. As you progress working with different people / companies you'll find an array of what they need.

    Great content as usually Rich. How long do you keep their webpage active after job completion?

    • @AZ-Drone
      @AZ-Drone  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It depends. Often we keep their information around for a while. With the cost of data storage being relatively inexpensive we usually keep presentations around for a while. You never know when someone wants an old data set.

      @@AZ-Drone got it. Thanks for the quick reply. One last question, how do you format these pages for mobile? When viewing on mobile the aesthetic just falls apart. Really appreciate what you do. I have purchased a bunch of your courses and starting to put them to good use. Take care.

    Thank you for another great video Rich!! Would a decent Dell Laptop or equivalent be suitable for the custom web page building on Wordpress and Elementor? As well as for data processing? I know a desktop is better but I just need something economical to get started. I'm using a DJI M3E, I would like to ditch cloud software so I can make better 3D models and deliverables.

    • @AZ-Drone
      @AZ-Drone  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      For the customer pages the Dell would be fine. For processing models and doing post processing will depend. RAM, CPU, GPU, and storage will all impact what you’re running.

    I have a huge problem with this video. Why isn't it an hour longer? 😂 Seriously though.. I am currently documenting my own home build (privately for now, but if it produces seriously amazing results I'll consider doing it professionally) and I'm really glad I found your videos. Do you have any tips for dealing with cranes? I'd like to keep my flight path automated as much as possible, but I'm sure once it arrives, I can't because of it often being in the way. Do you just adjust on site?

    • @AZ-Drone
      @AZ-Drone  18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Glad the video was useful for you! Always nice to hear. On your question about cranes or other temporary obstructions. You can adjust in the field pretty easily by updating a few waypoints. Just be sure not to over write your original flight patch. Don't want to misplace that one.

    Great video at ever Rich. just about to pull the trigger on your custom drone deliverable class as theres a few wheels i dont wish to reinvent. ive been playing around with x theme - your course seems to use Elementor. is there much difference between the two wordpress themes?

    • @AZ-Drone
      @AZ-Drone  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We use X theme as well. We recently started migrating to Elementor. Over the years I’ve built over 30 client sites with X. We’re moving away from it due to interface changes over the years. Moving menu items without need, etc. You can absolutely use X for your site. It’s a great page builder I just got frustrated with many unnecessary interface changes over the years.

    • @GJBUAV
      @GJBUAV ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@AZ-Drone thanks for the clarification. happy to work through with elementor - makes it easier to follow a class if youre using the same kit.

    • @AZ-Drone
      @AZ-Drone  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@GJBUAV we’re using the free version of Elementor. The pro version offers more tools but so far the free version works well. 😀

    how did you get the drone to fly the exact same path for each of the progression viedos? great work

    • @AZ-Drone
      @AZ-Drone  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We use autonomous flight apps like Litchi that allow us to layout our flight paths and save them. Each visit we execute the saved flight path and it follows the course well.

    How are you displaying your 3D model. Right now I’m running a dedicated server running webODM. Looking for a less resource intensive way.

    • @AZ-Drone
      @AZ-Drone  ปีที่แล้ว

      We export our models from WebODM and Metashape and upload them to a service called Sketchfab. Great place to host your 3D models. They have a yearly fee and reasonable upload limits.

    quick question how do you get jobs or clients?

    • @AZ-Drone
      @AZ-Drone  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Almost all of our jobs are now referrals. We do get a fair number of inquiries through our websites. AZDrone.net and Seemybuild.com showcase what we do for our clients. The more you have in your online portfolio (examples of your services) the easier it gets finding new clients. It's a building process for sure, but worth it.
