My husband took your advice found in Consistently Keto wrt magnesium deficiency - he has been dealing with YEARS agony waking up during the night with sever cramps, and then dealing with the same during the day. He has been doing a float every day for the last five days. He has two more to go to meet the spa’s challenge of 7 floats in 7 days. He is now sleeping through the night without any muscle cramping!!!! He will continue with weekly floats. Thank you for your advice! ❤️

Thank you Dr Boz! You are like the greatest mom to everybody. Awesome. Not one time has your tenure and guidance let me down. I try and do all that you instruct us to do. My issues are hormonal and after tens of thousands in test and HRT and my weight still not where it should be. BUT! doing the stuff you instruct im seeing results. cloths falling off. more energy. Mental clarity and not as much brain fog. SLEEP. and healing. The benefits are tremendous. My regret is not knowing your work sooner. Live forever! A light in a dark place you are.

Floating is the BOMB -yes, it goes through a cleaning between each client. In fact, I once fell asleep so well, it was the cleaning cycle that woke me up! No harm done. If I could float twice a week, I would

I love floating! Sometimes I close the lid and sometimes I leave it open to see the pretty light changes. I like to use a pool noodle that my spa has, under my neck because it holds my head up so my ears are above the water line. I use ear plugs, but still sometimes I get a little water in my ears. The water is run through a filter after every float and it gets anything microscopic size out. Your skin feels so good after a float. Best of all, you sleep like a baby that night!

*Now I'm recalling- in another video- Dr. Boz mentioned that she had written prescriptions for patients, for float sessions?! I will absolutely be looking into that as well =) -Samantha

I gotta ask, how on earth does this float spa stay clean? Is the water changed out for each client? That is what I would need to know. If it was only “my” water, I’d do this.

I am extremely claustrophobic. I mean EXTREMELY! Just thinking about it & having the pod slightly covering me made me stressed. How can someone like me relax in this situation. Also, what is the temperature of the water? I love to float in a swimming pool, but anything that would have any steam would make me bolt out of there (I have asthma) because I would also have trouble breathing.
